Engineering, IT, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of applicable experience in technology delivery, encompassing both hands-on development and leadership of portfolio or program management spanning multiple teamsA minimum of 2 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level positionsDemonstrated history managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time staffDirect, hands-on background building generative and agentic AI solutions using frontier models such as Claude, GPT, Glean, and GeminiWorking experience with AI cloud platforms, including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and Google Vertex AIExposure to agent frameworks and protocols such as Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, MCP, and A2ASolid understanding of prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases, tool use, and orchestration across multiple agentsBackground in AI evaluation, observability, and guardrail implementation, including monitoring model quality, cost, and token consumptionRegular, day-to-day application of AI coding tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and CopilotExperience handling capacity planning and balancing demand against capacity across internal teams and contractorsStrong command of portfolio tracking and reporting tools, particularly Jira, including creating dashboards leadership genuinely relies on, plus metrics tied to delivery
