Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the Enterprise AI portfolio from ideation to production. You will lead cross-functional teams across development, business, leadership, security, and data to deliver AI solutions that meet strategic objectives.

You will design AI agents and automated workflows using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock, while evaluating models, costs, and risks to optimize delivery. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery with portfolio or program management across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions with frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
• Strong storytelling to influence senior leaders and present to C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio end to end as a single source of truth.
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows hands-on.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and cross-team dependencies.
• Prepare QBRs and executive readouts for IT and leadership.
