Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is scaling its product team to build AI-powered products and weave artificial intelligence into every phase of product delivery. The Product Manager will own vision, roadmap, and launches for multiple products, including at least one AI-based solution.

You will partner with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to translate product intent into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring disciplined oversight and human-in-the-loop

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Track record launching AI-powered products or features.
• Strong ownership of product strategy, vision, and roadmapping.
• Experience with backlog management, release cycles, and product lifecycles.
• Fluent English communication at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, ensuring at least one AI-powered solution.
• Create precise requirements and use cases for AI features with acceptance standards and guardrails.
• Evaluate where AI can raise product value and size robust business cases.
• Drive backlog management, release cycles, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams.
• Align stakeholders on AI capabilities and limitations and mentor other PMs.

As a Product Manager, you will drive vision, roadmap, and launches for multiple products, including at least one AI-based solution, using AI daily to improve research and planning.ResponsibilitiesOwn use cases for AI features as probabilistic products, setting data scopes, use-case fit, evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms as acceptance standardsEvaluate where artificial intelligence can raise product value, customer experience, internal processes, and business outcomes, and develop and size rigorous business cases for implementationUse AI tools productively with disciplined oversight across product discovery, research synthesis, data analysis, documentation, user story creation, prototyping, and planning, always verifying outputs before relying on themDrive feature prioritization, maintain product backlogs, and manage release cycles, applying AI-assisted analytics to support rather than replace human decision-makingRun the full product lifecycle while incorporating AI operational needs such as model and version changes, quality drift, and ongoing human oversightPartner with engineering, data,
