EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the Enterprise AI portfolio from ideation to production. You will lead cross-functional teams across development, business, leadership, security, and data to deliver AI solutions that meet strategic objectives.

You will design AI agents and automated workflows using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock, while evaluating models, costs, and risks to optimize delivery. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Own the Enterprise AI portfolio and help build what is in it: give leadership a clear, trusted view of what is being delivered, when, and with what result, and go deep on the technology by understanding what each request needs, designing the approach, and building AI solutions hands-on.
