Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Delivery Manager with deep AI knowledge to drive large-scale projects within a technology-driven organization. You will act as the central bridge among internal teams and external partners, guiding planning, milestones, and resource distribution.

You will oversee multiple efforts, manage client expectations, and ensure quality across delivery stages while staying connected to evolving AI developments.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of technical engineering background.
• Two years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner-type roles.
• Advanced understanding of solution architecture with hands-on AI capability.
• Python scripting experience and knowledge of AI fundamentals.
• Experience in Digital Project Management and Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to delivery ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as the central communication bridge between internal groups and external collaborators.
• Set realistic deadlines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Oversee multiple ongoing efforts, identify risks, and apply fixes.
• Host progress meetings and update senior leadership and stakeholders.
