Responsibilities

• Embed with product teams as analytics partner and help sizing opportunities.
• Define metrics for product areas and ensure consistency across dashboards.
• Measure funnels, adoption, engagement and retention for families and schools.
• Run deep-dive analyses and pair findings with actionable recommendations.
• Identify drop-offs and work with PMs to improve outcomes.
• Own end-to-end A/B tests including setup in GTM/GA4 and interpretation.
• Develop measurement standards and apply them across teams.
