Qualifications

• Strong experience in product management, product ownership or product strategy for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
• Experience in a consultancy, agency or similarly client-facing environment.
• A track record of taking products from discovery and strategy into delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, customer research and journey mapping.
• Define problem statements, product visions and measurable outcomes.
• Set roadmaps and prioritize work across epics and user stories.
