Avenga in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Product Analyst to support data-driven decisions and optimize payment solutions. You will analyze metrics, collaborate with the Product Owner, and help design acquiring and settlement flows in collaboration with Coelsa integrations.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product analysis or similar roles in fintech/digital environments.
Experience with acquiring processors, PSPs, or acquirers and understanding card/account-based transaction lifecycle.
Knowledge of Argentine payments ecosystem, Coelsa operations (Transferencias 3.0, PCT, QR interoperability).
Proficient with analytics tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, GA, Amplitude, Power BI).
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Owner to define requirements and ensure traceability of transactional flows.
Analyze and design acquiring processing flows, including authorization, settlement, and chargebacks, plus Coelsa integrations.
Create use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for payment features.
Participate in discovery sessions with business, technology, and UX teams.
Monitor performance, identify deviations, and propose actionable improvements.
Conduct market benchmarking to identify payment ecosystem trends.
Support testing and validation to ensure quality of integrations with acquirers and networks.
Provide support to Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Document processes and best practices to strengthen team knowledge.
