dLocal is seeking a strategic Data Analyst Lead to drive product-focused analytics across payment flows in Buenos Aires. You will extract insights from large datasets, design experiments, and partner with Product, ML, and Operations to optimize conversion and product success.

You will mentor analysts, define key metrics, and create dashboards to track health and impact, while communicating findings to senior stakeholders in English.

Formación

• 2+ years in product and payments analytics, with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience defining metrics and creating dashboards to track product health.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query relational databases.
• Proficiency in English; able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product-focused data analytics across payment flows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, coordinate, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve KPIs.
• Partner with Product, ML, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Mentor analysts on data extraction, analysis, and visualization best practices.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable product recommendations.
