Job summary

SQUIRE in Buenos Aires is seeking a Project Manager, PMO to drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through launch and beyond. You will develop plans, align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and keep timelines on track, helping SQUIRE scale its operations while delivering measurable results.

This role requires disciplined project management experience, solid communication, and the ability to influence teams across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross‑functional role
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, with the ability to flex methodologies depending on business needs
• Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project updates to a variety of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be based in Buenos Aires
• Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, while minimizing scope creep throughout project execution
• Create, update, and maintain project timelines for cross-functional initiatives
• Proactively manage and mitigate project-level risks to ensure project success
• Establish and maintain communication channels to regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Plan, coordinate, and document lessons learned from projects upon closeout to drive actionable improvements for future projects
• Leverage best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies
• Support PMO leadership team in rolling out and developing PMO processes, templates, and best practices across the organization
