Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Customer-facing experience, ideally with US or international clients.
- Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Agile delivery and product discovery practices.
- Based in Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical constraints
- Partner closely with engineering teams to define, prioritise and deliver features
- Engage directly with US customers to gather feedback, run discovery sessions and validate solutions
- Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and customers
- Analyse product usage data and market insight to inform decisions
- Collaborate with sales, customer success and leadership on product strategy and launches
- Drive continuous improvement across the product development process
