Job summary

You will work with Project Managers, Program Leaders, and delivery teams to provide accurate insights and drive delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination, risk and financial tracking, and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced technology environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting project management or PMO functions.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience in technology, ERP, SAP, cloud, or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and governance by maintaining plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and documentation.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive communications for stakeholders.
• Track performance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
• Maintain project documentation repositories and support audit readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and PMO standards.
