MRM is looking for a Project Manager in Buenos Aires to oversee day-to-day production and teams, coordinating schedules and deliverables with senior and junior PMs. You will ensure timely, quality outcomes across multiple projects for clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in PM within professional services, experience with digital campaigns, strong MS Office and PM tools, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multilingual environment with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methods.

Formación

• 2–4 years’ experience in project management in professional services
• Agency or client-side experience is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with production tools (Egnyte, JIRA, CMS)
• Experience with digital campaigns and multiple PM methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall)
• Verbal and written English skills

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
• Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients and partners
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration

At MRM BA aProject Managerwill manage production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the PM Sr and PM Jr, supervising the schedules and deliverables of each area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.

• Responsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans

Required experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
• Agency or client-side experience a plus
• MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred
• MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred
• Knowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge/familiarity of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) preferred
• Experience with digital campaigns
• Experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred. PM Certified is a plus
• Verbal and written English skills
