Assurant, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Buenos Aires to lead large, cross-functional business and technology initiatives that support enterprise transformation.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and risk parameters. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance discipline, and a track record of successful complex programs.

Formación

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering large, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple business and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, success measures, and implementation strategies.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, vendor, and third-party resources to achieve objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
• Monitor project health, budget performance, and delivery metrics; escalate when needed.
• Provide clear communication to executives and stakeholders; facilitate reviews and steering committees.
