Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support planning, governance, and reporting of strategic programs. You will maintain project controls, track metrics, and help ensure delivery excellence across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, and business stakeholders, using PMO tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project to deliver accurate insights and enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of project management support experience.
• Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience in technology, ERP, SAP, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PMO reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, governance, and reporting for programs and projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and documentation.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Track performance across scope, schedule, budget, and resources; escalate issues.
• Support risk, change, and financial management; coordinate meetings and governance.
• Assist with process improvements and adoption of PMO standards.
