Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a web analytics engineer to lead tagging, data layer, and experimentation using Adobe Target and Launch. You will own the enterprise tagging architecture, implement data layers, and enable deep cross-channel reporting with CJA.

You will collaborate with marketing and UX to validate experiment ideas, maintain thorough QA, and document tag architecture and campaigns to ensure accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics implementation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (VEC and form-based experiences).
• Solid experience with Adobe Launch tag management.
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Omniture.
• Strong understanding of data layers and event tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own and manage enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules to ensure accurate behavioral tracking.
• Configure data connections and Data Views within CJA for cross-channel reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and campaigns.
