Santex Group is seeking a Mid-Senior/Senior Personalization & Analytics Engineer to support Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations. This run-and-maintain role collaborates with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams on personalization, experimentation, and measurement.

The candidate will manage technical design, data collection, and analytics across Web and App platforms, ensuring governance and production readiness. Strong English is required.

Formación

• Senior-level experience with Adobe Target (technical design, SDK integration, personalization/experimentation).
• Experience with Adobe Data Collection and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills: data reconciliation, anomaly detection, KPI/segmentation frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and CRM to define personalization/experimentation requirements and technical solutions.
• Own Target design across Web/App including mbox/decision scopes, profile attributes, and SDK integration.
• Configure and support Target activities, audiences, experiences, offers, and personalization use cases.
• Support AEP/RTCDP audience activation into Target and validate audience qualification/personalization delivery.
• Provide implementation guidance to Web/App teams and perform validation in lower environments and production.
• Support A/B testing setup, metrics, QA, and reporting integration.
• Provide BAU/production support and troubleshooting for Target delivery and related issues.
• Maintain Target governance, naming standards, environments/properties, and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new Target capabilities and provide enablement to cross-functional teams.
• Translate product/business requirements into measurement strategy for Adobe CJA.
