Agileengine is seeking a Senior Personalization & Analytics Engineer to own analytics implementations, tagging architectures, and cross-channel reporting from Bariloche. You will lead A/B tests in Adobe Target, manage data layers, and ensure data quality across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and UX, document tag management, and leverage Adobe Analytics and CJA for insights. A strong background in digital data layers and SPA tracking is valued for success in a fast-paced

Formación

• 3+ years in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Familiar with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Omniture.
• Strong understanding of digital data layers and event tracking.
• Meticulous QA and data validation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own and manage enterprise web tagging architecture with Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules to ensure accurate tracking across web and mobile.
• Configure Data Views in CJA for deep cross-channel reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess experimentation feasibility.
• Maintain documentation of tag management, data layers, and active Target campaigns.
