Job summary

Bluelight Consulting, Llc seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own end-to-end data flows from paid media to a unified warehouse. You will connect ad accounts, CRM systems, and data platforms to deliver reliable data for dashboards and reports.

You will build scalable pipelines (dbt/Dataform), optimize BigQuery schemas, and ensure data quality across multi-client environments while collaborating with education-focused marketing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms.
• SQL proficiency with BigQuery data modeling and partitioning.
• Deep knowledge of dbt or Dataform pipelines and version control.
• Python for custom API connections and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse.
• Maintain reliable CRM data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Design and optimize the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas.
• Build SQL schemas for multi-channel data with modular pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and data segregation for multi-client use.
• Create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
