Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Project Manager to drive multi-country payroll initiatives for global clients. This role requires coordinating with client stakeholders, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver end-to-end payroll implementations across regions.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in payroll projects, experience with Workday/SAP/Oracle, and familiarity with AI-driven payroll enhancements.

Qualifications

8–10 years’ experience in global payroll implementation & project management.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance/HR/Operations; MBA preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
Experience managing multi-country payroll projects and client stakeholders.
Knowledge of AI tools, automation, or data-driven payroll enhancements.

Responsibilities

Lead global payroll implementation projects across regions and countries.
Manage end-to-end payroll implementations in a multi-country environment with clear client requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, governance, risk, and communications.
Mentor junior resources and conduct internal trainings.
Collaborate with global program managers to standardize approaches and processes.
