You’ll partner with talent partners and business leaders, translate our ways of working into defined, usable skills, and design programs that build them with AI education as a core component.

Formación

• 8+ years leading talent development in global, high-growth environments.
• Built skills taxonomies and career pathways, with progression models.
• Experienced in learning experience design and measuring impact.
• Fluent in building AI capability and embedding in work processes.
• Fluent in learning technology and platform adoption.
• Strong vendor/partner management and ROI focus.
• Organizational development diagnostics and interventions.
• Excellent program management with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design clear career pathways and skills progression.
• Create a usable skills taxonomy linked to roles and levels.
• Lead AI education and build organization-wide literacy and discernment.
• Partner with Total Rewards to align skills with job architecture.
• Design structured learning journeys, curricula, and workshops.
• Leverage learning platforms to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Manage learning vendors and measure ROI.
• Enable managers with growth conversations and development plans.
