Medallia is seeking a Senior TPM (AI) for its R&D PMO in Buenos Aires. You will lead critical product development initiatives with embedded AI across the lifecycle, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver GenAI-enabled solutions that customers love.

The role emphasizes strong TPM discipline, cross-functional leadership, and AI fluency to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and boost productivity. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite in Buenos Aires.

Formación

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Product / Engineering / PMO.
• 3+ years partnering with C-level executives.
• Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI products end-to-end.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle and governance.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Jira/Confluence for roadmap tracking.
• Business value mapping of technical outcomes to revenue or efficiency.
• Excellent executive communication and English proficiency.
