Accenture Argentina is seeking a People Analytics Advisor to join the BI&A team focused on HR, delivering strategic analytics to business and HR leaders to enable data-driven decisions on talent, engagement, and retention.

You will work with stakeholders to develop AI-powered analytic solutions, surface insights with responsible AI, and help shape processes and products while advancing at the intersection of people analytics and artificial intelligence. This role is based in Buenos Aires on site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in people analytics or a similar area.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI/machine learning in analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the face of the BI&A team, advising senior stakeholders on complex analytic needs in HR.
• Provide strategic decision support to Business and HR Leads, leveraging AI-generated insights.
• Design and deliver analytic solutions—including AI-powered models and automated reporting.
• Explore responsible AI applications in people analytics, including predictive modeling and narrative insight delivery.
• Work across the ecosystem to influence products and offerings based on feedback and AI capabilities.
• Communicate priorities to the team to influence the roadmap of our products.
• Advocate a data-driven culture with AI fluency and data literacy.
