Payoneer is seeking a Regional Customer Success Operations Manager in Buenos Aires to enable CS teams to drive retention and growth through scalable processes and operational excellence. You will partner with regional CS leadership on global programs, bridging strategy with regional execution to improve customer outcomes and business performance.

Five+ years in CS Ops or related roles, strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder skills; experience with Salesforce and BI tools.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or a related role.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a global organization.
Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Regional CS leaders to improve operational performance and execution.
Lead cross-functional global CS initiatives from planning through rollout.
Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.
Represent regional needs in global planning and influence roadmap priorities.
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
Build strong partnerships across Product, Technology, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success.
