Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Experience handling sensitive escalations, habitability issues.
• Strong cost awareness and ability to evaluate estimates.
• Vendor management experience with negotiation.
• Experience mentoring or leading team members.
• Experience creating SOPs or process docs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Decisive and proactive under time pressure.
• Prior remote/virtual assistant experience.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve sensitive escalations per SLA and compliance.
• Manage communications with escalated tenants and owners.
• Draft and improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Identify process gaps and document solutions for Coordinators.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Maintenance Coordinators.
• Train and onboard new Coordinators.
• Review repair scopes and estimates for cost savings.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships with performance tracking.
• Track CSAT, SLA adherence, costs, and escalation trends.
• Partner with Support Teams on complex cases.
