Doorstead is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to own the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance requests, from intake to completion, ensuring quality and CSAT targets. You will coordinate with tenants and vendors, maintain records, and collaborate across teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own assigned maintenance work orders from intake to close-out.
• Meet CSAT targets and SLA commitments in tenant/owner communications.
• Manage backlog of escalated issues via daily prioritization.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments between tenants and vendors.
• Follow up to ensure repairs meet high standards.
• Maintain accurate records in our systems for every request and communication.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve escalations.
