Stayd Collective is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to join our remote, full-time Guest Experience team. You will handle guest inquiries by phone, email, and text, coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations to resolve issues from booking to checkout.

You thrive on helping guests, stay organized as priorities shift, and communicate clearly in English. The role includes a rotating after-hours on-call schedule and benefits like PTO and flexible hours.

Formación

• Clear, warm written and spoken English.
• Ability to solve guest issues with calm and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications by phone, email, text, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records across systems.
• Handle urgent guest needs during after-hours on-call nights.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from booking through checkout.
