Philips is seeking a Senior Commercial Pricing and Policy Specialist to strengthen pricing decisions across Latin America, with focus on Argentina and Chile. You will analyze price variances, margins, and trends to drive profitable growth and align opportunities with regional commercial policies.

• Pricing and financial analysis, margin and profitability assessment, and the ability to translate data and pricing trends into meaningful business recommendations.
• You combine strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset, enabling you to support pricing decisions and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• You have an intermediate level of English and are comfortable working in a regional, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze price variances, margins, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and commercial performance.
• Partner closely with Sales as internal pricing expert who evaluates and validates pricing for commercial opportunities while ensuring alignment with company commercial policies and guidelines.
• Support pricing decisions across Argentina and Chile, with exposure to Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay.
• Implement and support advanced pricing tools, track critical pricing indicators, and connect pricing strategies with business metrics such as NPS and market share to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate pricing and portfolio strategy information with regional stakeholders to strengthen pricing and policy processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting, or related field
