Chubb in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a pricing data professional to interact with IT and Commercial teams, using internal and external data to develop adequate rates for A&H products in Latin America. Role emphasizes data modeling, pricing standards, and rate analyses.

You will work with Radar and Databricks, analyze large datasets with SQL/SAS/R/Python, and communicate insights in English and Spanish. Collaboration with pricing, IT, and commercial functions is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Actuary, Statistics or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience with data and pricing models.
• Radar and Databricks experience is advantageous.
• Keen sense of detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to influence others and build relationships.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and oral skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Advanced data skills with SQL, SAS, R or Python.
• Knowledge of scripting in AI tools such as Claude Code or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Develop pricing models of current/new products into Radar for A&H products in Latin America.
• Recommend improvements to pricing standards.
• Prepare rate development/review analyses as required.
• Monitor the main variables of the pricing to keep profitable products.
• Work with databases and clean up to proper use in daily activities of Pricing team.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data capture and processing.
• Provide insights and propose rate monitoring for A&H Manager.
