Philips Iberica SAU in LATAM is seeking a Senior Commercial Pricing & Policy Specialist to drive pricing strategy across Argentina and Chile, with regional scope. You will analyze price variances, margins, and trends, partnering with Sales to ensure policy alignment and improve profitability.

You will implement pricing tools, track indicators, and link pricing to business metrics while coordinating with regional stakeholders and maintaining a commercial mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting, or related field; OR vocational education with 4+ years in Pricing/Finance.
• Pricing and financial analysis, margin and profitability assessment experience.
• Intermediate English; ability to work in a regional cross‑functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze price variances, margins, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and improve revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Sales as an internal pricing expert to evaluate pricing for opportunities and ensure policy alignment.
• Support pricing decisions across Argentina and Chile, with exposure to other LATAM countries via distributors.
• Implement and track pricing tools and KPIs, linking pricing with business metrics (NPS, market share).
• Strengthen pricing and policy processes by coordinating with regional stakeholders.

Job Title

Senior Commercial Pricing & Policy Specialist - LATAM

Job Description

Senior Commercial Pricing and Policy Specialist: Play a key regional role within Philips’ Personal Health (PH) business, strengthening pricing and commercial decision-making across Latin America and turning pricing insights into recommendations that support profitable growth.

Your role:

• Analyze price variances, margins, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and commercial performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, serving as an internal pricing expert who evaluates and validates pricing for commercial opportunities while ensuring alignment with company commercial policies and guidelines.
• Support pricing decisions across Argentina and Chile, with additional exposure to Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay, where operations are managed through distributors.
• Implement and support advanced pricing tools, track critical pricing indicators, and connect pricing strategies with business metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and market share to inform strategic decisions.
• Help strengthen pricing and commercial policy processes by bringing structure, analytical thinking, and business perspective, while coordinating pricing and portfolio strategy information with relevant regional stakeholders.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting, or a related field, with no prior experience required; OR Vocational Education or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Strategic Management, Auditing, or equivalent.
• Your skills include pricing and financial analysis, margin and profitability assessment, and the ability to translate data and pricing trends into meaningful business recommendations.
• You combine strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset, enabling you to support pricing decisions and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• You have an intermediate level of English and are comfortable working in a regional, cross‑functional environment.
