Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Laboratory Leader to head Quality Control operations at the Pilar site in Argentina and oversee external labs supporting Chile and Uruguay. You will drive the design and implementation of a new laboratory, lead transformation programs, and champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the cluster.

The role requires 12+ years in regulated industries, a Pharmacy-related degree, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmacy or related scientific discipline required.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industries.
• Significant experience leading Quality Control laboratory operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems, laboratory compliance, and data integrity.
• Proven people leadership experience and ability to drive complex projects or transformations.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) required; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality Control laboratory operations across Pilar site with oversight of external labs for Chile and Uruguay.
• Provide governance, compliance, service performance, and risk management for the cluster.
• Design, qualification, and operational readiness of a new laboratory and transition plans.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in the laboratory.
• Develop people, coaching, succession planning, and a culture of quality and accountability.
