Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager at the Pilar site in Argentina to lead the Quality Control laboratory operations and oversee external laboratories supporting Chile and Uruguay. This role combines strategic transformation with hands-on management of testing, compliance, and capability development.
You will drive a multi-site program, partner with global experts, and guide the implementation of a new laboratory design while maintaining current operations and product
Formación
- Degree in Pharmacy or related scientific discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries.
- Significant experience leading Quality Control laboratory operations and teams.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems, laboratory compliance, and data integrity.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Experience leading complex projects, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Portuguese is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Provide end-to-end leadership of the Quality Control laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliant, reliable, and efficient testing operations that support product quality and patient safety.
- Lead laboratory strategy, capacity planning, equipment lifecycle management, and operational performance.
- Support product launches, analytical method transfers, and business growth initiatives.
