Johnson & Johnson in Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the Quality Control laboratory and drive transformation of the new facility. You will oversee QC operations, ensure compliance, and partner with external labs across Chile and Uruguay, shaping the region’s scientific capabilities.

The role requires 12+ years in regulated pharma environments, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

Degree in Pharmacy or related scientific discipline.
12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries.
Significant experience leading Quality Control laboratory operations and teams.

Responsabilidades

Provide end-to-end leadership of the Quality Control laboratory.
Ensure compliant, reliable testing operations that support product quality and patient safety.
Lead laboratory strategy, capacity planning, equipment lifecycle management, and operational performance.
Support product launches, analytical method transfers, and business growth initiatives.
Provide Quality and operational oversight for external laboratories supporting Chile and Uruguay.
Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in the laboratory.
