Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Pilar, Argentina, seeks an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the Quality Control operations and oversee external labs in Chile and Uruguay. You will drive a major lab design project and ensure compliance and patient safety.

You will shape the lab's strategic direction, optimize workflows, and build a high-performing team, while partnering with global experts to advance product launches and transformation across the cluster.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmacy or related scientific discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership of Quality Control laboratory operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QA/quality systems, and data integrity.
• Demonstrated people leadership and change-management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects and transformations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end QC laboratory operations to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Provide governance for external labs supporting Chile and Uruguay.
• Lead the design, construction, and qualification of a new laboratory.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization in the lab.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing QC organization.
