Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the Quality Control laboratory, drive transformation of the facility, and oversee a new laboratory design and implementation to support future growth.

The role requires 12+ years in regulated industries, a degree in Pharmacy, and fluency in English and Spanish; you will collaborate with global experts across the cluster to ensure GMP and data integrity.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmacy or related discipline is required.
• 12+ years of experience in regulated pharma or biotech industries.
• Experience leading QC laboratory operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality Control laboratory operations and strategy.
• Oversee external labs in Chile and Uruguay.
• Design and implement a new laboratory; manage digitalization and automation.
