Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Learning & Events Coordinator to plan, forecast and deliver in-person and virtual training. You will work with the Delivery Program Manager to ensure timely schedules, attendee lists, venue selection, and budget management for EY learning initiatives.

You will publish offerings in the LMS, coordinate with Travel & Events, and monitor class participation while ensuring accurate crediting for learners and facilitators across multiple locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in learning or event services (HR in professional services preferred).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong communications and organizational skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Create delivery plans for classroom-based or virtual courses with the Delivery Program Manager.
• Develop forecasts with dates, locations, attendees, and class counts.
• Publish scheduled offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage class rosters and adjust attendance to meet minimums.
• Coordinate with Travel, Meeting & Events for venues and social activities.
• Block sleeping rooms and meeting space; arrange transportation and catering.
• Monitor expenses for off-site venues and events.
• Provide feedback on strategic fit and quality of learning deployment.
• Award credits to learners and facilitators accurately.
• Lead multiple projects across locations in a fast-paced environment.
