EY is seeking a Delivery Associate to coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning, including facility selection, production support, and attendance credit reconciliation. You will work with the delivery team to ensure smooth class execution and accurate credit awarding while serving as the main contact for facilitators and participants.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years in learning, meeting, event services, or hospitality.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze logistical requirements and select facilities for in-person learning.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to manage the delivery plan.
• Coordinate activities with Learning Support Liaisons for in-person classes.
• Verify classroom setup for virtual and in-person sessions with onsite staff.
• Review rosters and reconcile attendance for credit awarding.
• Advise facilitators on credit awards via Calculo attestation.
• Serve as main contact for facilitators and participants.
• Ensure credits are awarded and evaluation results are shared.
• Set up and publish classes in the Learning Management System.
• Identify improvement opportunities with Delivery leadership.
