EY is seeking a Production Specialist – Senior Associate to lead the production of virtual learning programs. You will manage learning technology, collaborate with EY learning professionals, and ensure accurate credit awarding in line with regulatory standards.

You’ll guide facilitators through event flow, provide content feedback, and resolve live technical or compliance issues during sessions, escalating complex problems as needed.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Zoom preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills to execute multiple classes, including peak seasons.
• Brand ambassador for learning and EY resources.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Facilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the learning technology to deliver an exceptional experience for facilitators and learners in the virtual classroom.
• Provide feedback to facilitators regarding learning content and effectiveness of activities.
• Instruct facilitators and learners on how to utilize platform features to achieve learning objectives.
• Responsible for accurate awarding of credit and understanding regulatory impacts.
• Review and analyze reporting to verify attendance data and credit awarding.
• Think critically to address technology and compliance issues during live events while staying professional.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr Production Specialist or Production Leaders.
