Promtior is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to join our Engineering team as we scale our backend services. You will build and maintain Java APIs with Spring and Spring Boot, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

You will work with relational databases, ORMs, and microservices, collaborating with product and tech colleagues. This role offers ongoing learning, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing APIs or backend services.
• Advanced knowledge of performance, JVM, and memory usage.
• Expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of patterns such as Circuit Breaker, idempotency, or SAGA.
• Experience with containers (Docker).
• Advanced English level.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain backend services in Java for production apps using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement features with a focus on performance, quality, and maintainability.
• Work with relational databases and ORM (JPA/Hibernate).
• Collaborate with other developers and with product and technology teams; participate in code reviews and testing.
• Support the full development lifecycle, from design through production deployment.
