Hired is seeking a Computer & Information Systems Manager to oversee strategic planning, implementation, and management of information systems aligned with business goals. The role includes directing IT projects, ensuring system security, and optimizing IT infrastructure performance.

You will develop IT policies, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deploy technology solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, including system administration and project leadership.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud computing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
