AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve the systems behind corporate IT services and applications. Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and dependencies across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services.
• Experience with Active Directory or comparable identity platforms, enterprise authentication, privileged access, and service-account management.
• Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, change control, incident management, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple technology layers and teams.
• Experience building/maintaining automation and repeatable operational processes.
• Ability to create implementation plans, assess risk, and define rollback procedures in controlled changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize competing work and operate in regulated/security-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, data centers, cloud, and multiple locations.
• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, file services, and core infrastructure services.
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including compute, storage, networking dependencies, access controls, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Support identity and access services (Active Directory, cloud identity, authentication, authorization, service accounts).
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle replacements, capacity expansions, and decommissioning.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, performance, capacity, backup status, and security signals; address risks proactively.
• Respond to incidents, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, asset inventories, configuration standards, dependency maps, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
• Build reliable backup coverage and cross-training, current documentation for systems across the team.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, validation, and RTO.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, application, service desk, compliance, and vendors on issues and delivery.
