Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve our enterprise systems and infrastructure. You will work across on-prem, data centers, and cloud environments, managing Windows and Linux servers, storage, backup, and identity services while driving automation and operational improvements.

The role requires 4+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, strong Windows and Linux administration, and experience with cloud platforms and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and understanding dependencies across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services.
• Experience with Active Directory or comparable identity platforms, enterprise authentication, privileged access, and service-account management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-premises environments, data centers, cloud platforms, and business locations.
• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup systems, file services, and core infrastructure services.
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), including compute, storage, networking, access controls, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle replacements, capacity expansions, and decommissioning activities.
