Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve a global IT infrastructure that underpins corporate services and business apps. You will work across on‑prem, data centers, and cloud environments, focusing on reliability, automation, and security.

You will implement and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and core services, while supporting cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), identity services, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, and backup.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, and security considerations.
• Experience with Active Directory or equivalent identity services.
• Ability to document changes and maintain runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, data centers, cloud, and sites.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and core services.
• Support AWS/Azure or similar cloud platforms, incl. access controls and monitoring.
• Manage identity services like Active Directory and cloud identities.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, patching, capacity, and decommissioning activities.
• Monitor health, performance, security signals; address risks proactively.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and improvements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
• Keep architecture docs, inventories, runbooks, and recovery procedures up to date.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
