AgileEngine seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve systems behind corporate IT services and business applications. You will manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and cloud integrations, while driving automation and robust change control.

In this role you will partner with security, network, and vendor teams, lead incident analyses, and contribute to disaster recovery and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and dependencies across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services.
• Experience with Active Directory or comparable identity platforms and service-account management.
• Infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and change control.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple tech layers.
• Experience building automation and repeatable operational processes.
• Ability to create implementation plans, assess risk, and execute changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, data centers, cloud, and locations.
• Administer and support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and core services.
• Support AWS/Azure or cloud infrastructure dependencies, access controls, monitoring, and readiness.
• Manage identity and access services including Active Directory and cloud identity.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle replacements, capacity expansions, and decommissioning.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, backups, and security signals.
• Lead root-cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, inventories, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning with testing and backups.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, application teams and vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
