AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve enterprise IT services and applications. The role requires 4+ years of enterprise IT infra experience, strong Windows/Linux admin skills, cloud familiarity, and automation expertise, with upper‑intermediate English.

You will work across on‑prem and cloud environments, manage AD, automation, and lifecycle processes, and partner with security and network teams to ensure reliability and security.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years progressive enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage and backup.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and identity services.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise authentication.
• Experience with lifecycle management, patching, and incident management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple layers.
• Ability to create clear implementation plans and rollback procedures.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, data centers, cloud, and locations.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and core services.
• Support AWS/Azure infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, monitoring and access controls.
• Support identity and access services, including Active Directory and cloud identities.
• Plan infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, capacity expansions, and decommissioning.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, capacity, backup status, and security signals.
• Lead root-cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible to improve reliability.
• Maintain architectures, assets, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and incident response.
