AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve the systems behind our corporate IT services and business applications. The role demands strong Windows and Linux server administration, cloud experience, and automation skills to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

You will design and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, manage identity services, and lead upgrades, incident responses, and documentation efforts across teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Active Directory and identity platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, change control, incident management, and technical documentation.
• Ability to create implementation plans and rollback procedures.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, data centers, cloud platforms, and locations.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and core services.
• Support AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking dependencies, access controls, monitoring, and readiness.
• Support identity and access services, including Active Directory, cloud identity, authentication, authorization, and service-account management.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle replacements, capacity expansions, and decommissioning.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, performance, capacity, backup status, and security signals; address risks proactively.
• Respond to incidents, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or comparable tools.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, asset inventories, configuration standards, and runbooks.
• Build and maintain backup coverage and disaster recovery documentation.
• Partner with security, network, cloud, and vendor teams on technical issues.
