EverAI is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing leader to own and scale paid acquisition channels across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and native platforms. You will work directly with the CMO to optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance, while testing new channels and building scalable, data-driven campaigns.

The role emphasizes rapid iteration, creative brief development, and collaboration with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance with tools like Voluum and GA4 daily.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention analyses.
• Create internal reporting frameworks guiding strategic moves.
• Own creative briefing process and landing page iterations.
• Negotiate premium placements and explore new networks.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for scalable campaigns.
