EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and governance of a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. The role requires executive presence, ownership, and the ability to drive teams toward timely, high‑quality outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership, engage senior stakeholders, and accelerate execution across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project or portfolio management experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects from initiation to production handoff.
• Excellent executive communication skills in English for leadership audiences.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across a portfolio.
• Establish and govern integrated delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Provide oversight over scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery performance.
• Own portfolio financials including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Product Owners, Development Managers, Architects, QA, Security, and Operations to align priorities.
