EY Parthenon, part of EY Global Delivery Service, is establishing a Strategy Realized near-shore team in Argentina. The Manager will lead engagements across the US and global teams, driving strategic assessments, market entry, go-to-market and transformation initiatives.

The role requires 5–8+ years in strategy consulting or related fields, strong presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones. Excellent English and leadership capability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of strategy consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading workstreams or small teams end-to-end.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency with client-ready outputs.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work across time zones in near-shore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day project lead and primary contact across Argentina, US and global teams.
• Translate objectives into workplans, milestones, team responsibilities and review cadences.
• Lead framing of ambiguous strategic questions, developing issue trees and aligning the team on analytical path.
• Guide quantitative and qualitative analyses, data source selection, model logic and quality checks.
• Drive findings to implications, test options, identify risks and shape client recommendations.
• Own the quality of client-ready deliverables: Excel models, PowerPoint slides, dashboards.
• Review work for logic, accuracy, synthesis, storyline and source support.
• Coach Senior Associates, Consultants and junior team members.
• Collaborate proactively with local and global teams, manage risks and priorities.
• Contribute to AI-enabled delivery approaches and knowledge management.
