Job summary

Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus to join a high-impact FinTech project. You will design and ship React + TypeScript features for a Customer Experience Operations Platform that handles queues, conversations, and agent workflows.

You will work with AI-assisted workflows, using Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to prototype faster, maintain code quality, and collaborate with Product, CX, and backend teams across a remote-first, international setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with frontend focus.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Hands-on with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Experience with modern frontend stacks (Tailwind, Storybook, etc.).
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, agents, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
